Are early morning wake-ups and disrupted sleep bringing you down? Join a Perimenopausal Insomnia Group facilitated by therapist Meg Houghton. Over the course one month, you will target your insomnia alongside 5 other women using the most evidence-based psychological approach recommended by the International Menopause Society: CBT-I (cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia).
What you’ll receive:
Four 60-minute virtual group therapy sessions for $300 total (paid after your first session). Meet weekly for one month.

Sessions run Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. EST, and start on the first Tuesday of each month.
